Overnight Oats

Vegan: use plant milk and maple syrup instead of honeyDairy free: use plant milk and skip the Greek yogurt
Mix the base with any flavour add-ins, refrigerate overnight (or at least 2–3 hours), top and eat. All recipes make 1 serving.
Base (every flavour starts here)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional — makes it creamier)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Classic & Fruity
Banana Cinnamon
- Base ingredients
- 3/4 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings: sliced banana, maple syrup, chopped walnuts
PB & J
- Base ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Raspberry compote (stir in): 1 cup raspberries + 1 tbsp maple syrup + 1/2 tsp vanilla — mash and stir over medium heat 2–3 minutes
Toppings: raspberries, maple syrup, chopped walnuts
Lemon Blueberry
- Base ingredients
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings: blueberries, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, raisins
Piña Colada
- Base ingredients
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
Toppings: pineapple chunks, coconut flakes, chopped walnuts
Chocolate & Indulgent
Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Base ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate drizzle (add before refrigerating): 1 tbsp melted coconut oil + 1 tsp cocoa powder + 1 tsp maple syrup + pinch of salt
Toppings: blueberries, raspberries
Mocha Latte
- Use only 1/4 cup milk in base (replace other 1/4 cup with espresso)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
Toppings: crushed chocolate, coconut flakes, chopped walnuts
