A collection of smoothie combinations grouped by goal. All are blend-and-serve — add ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, drink immediately. Adjust liquid for consistency.

Green & Vegetable

Mostly greens with fruit to balance. Good for increasing vegetable intake without eating a salad.

Green Velvet

  • ½ avocado
  • ¾ cup juice or liquid of your choice
  • 2 cups baby spinach or Swiss chard
  • 2 tbsp raw coconut flakes
  • 1 cup ice (optional)

Simple Green

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • Handful spinach or cavolo nero
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • Pinch cinnamon

Green Breakfast

  • 1 handful spinach (~50g)
  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 banana
  • 300ml rice milk
  • ¼ tsp spirulina or 1 scoop greens/protein powder (optional)

Tropical Green

  • 2–3 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 3 cups fresh kale
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil

Kale & Avocado

  • ½ avocado
  • Generous handful spinach
  • Generous handful kale
  • 50g pineapple chunks
  • 10cm cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 300ml coconut water

Built around protein powder — designed as a meal replacement or post-workout drink.

Double Chocolate Cherry

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup coconut milk (or 2 tbsp chopped walnuts)
  • ¾ cup cherries (or 1 cup blackberries)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3–4 ice cubes
  • 2–3 cups water

Blueberry Almond

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 oz almonds
  • 3–4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup water

Chocolate Nut Shake

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 cups chocolate milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3–4 ice cubes

Strawberry Cream

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 6 strawberries
  • ¾ cup yogurt

Creamy

Thicker, more filling smoothies built around dairy or dairy-free alternatives. Adaptable: swap to coconut yogurt and plant milk to make vegan/dairy-free.

Orange Creamsicle

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla flavour)
  • ⅓ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • Stevia or sweetener to taste
  • 2 cups ice

Banana Almond

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • Cinnamon to taste

Coconut Banana Ginger

  • 100g coconut yogurt
  • 3 tbsp milk of your choice
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 3cm fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tsp baobab powder (optional)

Hydrating & Fruity

Light, water-heavy combinations. Good for hot days or when you want something refreshing rather than filling.

Green Fruit

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Piña Colada

  • 3 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups almond coconut milk blend
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Sunshine

  • 500ml carrot juice, chilled
  • 200g pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 2 bananas
  • Small piece ginger, peeled
  • 20g cashew nuts
  • Juice of 1 lime

Detox & Cleansing

Combinations built around cleansing or anti-inflammatory ingredients. Adaptable: swap Greek yogurt → coconut yogurt to make vegan.

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup kale, chopped
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
